Sales Associate
This position requires
a warm and friendly attitude, as well as
a professional, organized personality.
This position is usually the main point
of contact with our regular, valued
clients. This is a full-time,
entry-level position to be
filled immediately. Please note that we
are entering our busy season and will be
experiencing heavy call volume and an
increased amount of showroom visitors.
Responsibilities
include:
- answering telephones and taking rental
orders
- assisting customers in the showroom
- assisting Sales Managers with regular
clients and sales strategies
- accepting payments
- general office duties, including
paperwork, filing, etc.
- Saturday hours required
Qualifications include:
- superior customer service skills
- professional and courteous phone
etiquette
- maintain focus and organization in a
fast-paced environment
- familiarity with Windows-based
software
- attention to detail and ability to
multi-task
- ability to work within a team
- upbeat, energetic attitude
- ability to learn quickly and retain
large amounts of information
